Albacore tuna is blended with roasted green chilis, red onions, tomato, mayo and herbs, on sourdough bread with pepper jack cheese and tomatoes then grilled and baked in the oven till golden brown. Served with chips or pasta salad. Sub a cup of soup or gumbo or side salad for $4.
