BLACKENED BLACK COD

A fresh black cod filet is dredged in our house blackening spice and pan seared then finished in the oven, served on a bed of dirty rice with a side of sautéed greens with bacon and green chile corn bread.

A heaping bowl of fresh mussels are steamed with sauteed Cascioppo Brother’s hot chorizo sausage, garlic and a flavorful tomato chardonnay broth. Served with grilled shallot bread.

Flat Iron steak is seasoned, grilled and sliced then placed on an Essential Bakery hoagie roll toasted with garlic butter with our sour cream-horseradish sauce, melted manchego cheese, arugula and  caramelized red onions and shallots. Served with a side of roasted fingerling potato salad.
