1. TODAY’S SOUP HAM & LENTIL

Black Forest ham, onions, celery and carrots are simmered with lentils in a fresh chicken stock and topped with fresh parsley.

2. GRILLED ITALIAN SAUSAGE SANDWICH

Cascioppo Brother’s hot italian sausage is grilled and served on a toasted Macrina Bakery baguette with garlic butter, house made marinara, melted provolone cheese and topped with Mama LIl’s pickled peppers, served with a side caesar salad.

3. FOUR CHEESE RAVIOLIS with PROSCIUTTO & GREENS

Fresh four cheese ravioli are tossed with sauteed prosciutto, sage, swiss chard, kale, garlic and crushed red pepper  in a white wine butter sauce. Topped with shredded reggiano cheese and served with a side of grilled garlic bread brushed with garlic butter.

4. CRAB AND CRAWFISH LOUIS SALAD

Butterhead and romaine lettuces are tossed in a louis style dressing with cherry tomatoes, radish, persian cucumber, castelventrano olives, grilled asparagus and hard boiled egg topped with chilean crabmeat and spiced crawfish tail meat.
