Lightly breaded, boneless breast of chicken, seared in garlic oil, then topped with mozzaralla cheese and baked in the oven. Served on toasted dill rye bread with cream cheese, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, mayonnaise and lettuce. The Seattle Weekly rated this “The best chicken sandwich in Seattle!”

CILANTRO PESTO CHICKEN QUESADILLA

A large flour tortilla stuffed with marinated chicken, roasted red peppers, Monterey Jack cheese and our house made cilantro pesto, then grilled and served with sour cream.

FRENCH DIP

Seasoned, slow roasted beef is sliced thin and piled on a toasted Essential Bakery baguette with garlic herb butter and topped with provolone cheese, caramelized onions and served with a side of rich, house made au jus and a N.Y. style deli pickle. Accompanied with a baby spinach salad tossed in our buttermilk and blue cheese dressing with red onions, cherry tomatoes, chopped hard boiled egg and slivered toasted almonds.

Albacore tuna is blended with roasted green chilis, red onions, mayo and herbs, on sourdough bread with pepper jack cheese and tomatoes then grilled and baked in the oven till golden brown. Served with your choice of side.
