1. TODAY’S SOUP CELINA’S CHICKEN TOMATO

Sautéed onions, carrots, garlic, green chilis, tomatillos, roasted chicken, hominy, herbs and spices are simmered in a fresh chicken stock and garnished with cilantro and sour cream.

2. BLACKENED ROCKFISH SANDWICH

A fresh rockfish filet is dredged in our own blackening spices and pan seared and served on a warmed Macrina Bakery roll with house made remoulade, tomatoes, lettuce and onions. Served with a side of black eyed pea and swiss chard salad.

3. COBB SALAD

Bibb and romaine lettuce are tossed in house made Green Goddess dressing then topped with grilled, organic free range chicken, fresh avocado, hard boiled eggs, crumbled bleu cheese, crispy diced bacon and tomatoes.

4. VEAL MEATBALLS with ORECCHIETTE PASTA

Cascioppo Brother’s ground veal, pork and thick cut bacon are mixed with minced onions, garlic, herbs and spices then formed into meatballs and baked in the the oven. Tossed with orecchiette pasta with sautéed rainbow swiss chard, chicken stock and roasted wild mushrooms in a rich white wine sauce with a touch of butter and lemon. Topped with parmesan cheese and served with a side of garlic bread.
