Red Chard & Mushroom Quesadilla

Red swiss chard and portobello mushrooms, garlic, herbs and a touch of cider vinegar, folded into a large flour tortilla with monterey jack cheese, green chilies and pan fried. Topped with cilantro sour cream and pico de gallo salsa. Accompanied with wild greens tossed in honey chipotle dressing.

Steak Sandwich

Flat iron steak is seasoned, grilled to medium and sliced thin then placed on oven warmed Essential Bakery baguette with our cabernet aioli, gorgonzola compound butter, lettuce and crispy fried onions. Served with pickled potato salad and a dill pickle.
