1. TODAY’S SOUP LAMB CURRY

Sautéed onions, garlic, red and yellow bell peppers, roasted lamb, curry, spices and coconut milk are simmered in a rich chicken stock and topped with fresh cilantro.

2.SOUTHWEST STEAK SANDWICH

Tender flank steak is rubbed with ancho, garlic and black pepper, sliced thin, pan seared and piled on an oven toasted baguette with chipotle mayo, lettuce, melted pepper jack cheese and our pico de gallo salsa. Served with a side salad tossed in honey chipotle dressing

3. CHICKEN GNOCCHI with BROWN BUTTER SAUCE

Fresh potato gnocchi are tossed with sautéed, organic free range chicken breast, crimini mushrooms, oven roasted brussel sprouts, crushed red chile flake, garlic and sage in a brown butter sauce. Topped with grated parmesan reggiano cheese.

4. BOUILLABAISSE

Fresh cod, jumbo prawns, scallops and mussels are sautéed with fingerling potatoes, onions, fennel, tomatoes, thyme, garlic and bay leaf, simmered in white wine and a rich fish stock infused with saffron then topped with traditional crostini and rouille.
