1. TODAY’S SOUP LAMB CURRY with LENTILS

Ground lamb, celery, onions, carrots and red lentils are simmered in coconut milk and a fresh chicken stock, topped with fresh cilantro.

Cascioppo Brother’s ground lamb is formed into patties and grilled. Served on a toasted Macrina Bakery roll with house made tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickled red onions and feta cheese. Accompanied with a side of tabouli salad.
