1. TODAY’S SOUP WHITE BEAN WITH PROSCIUTTO

White beans, prosciutto, celery, onions, carrots, garlic and tomatoes are simmered in fresh chicken stock topped with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.

2. CAROLINA PULLED PORK SLIDERS

Dry rubbed, slow roasted pork is simmered in a Carolina mop of apple cider and worcestershire sauce until fork tender then smothered in our ancho-cherry barbecue sauce and piled on Macrina Bakery brioche slider buns topped with slaw and sliced pickle.

3. POLO’S RANCHERO STEAK SALAD

Flank steak is marinated in pineapple juice, soy sauce, chipotle peppers and garlic then grilled and served over grilled radicchio and romaine lettuce tossed in our house made spicy ranch dressing with cucumber, radish, garbanzo beans, diced tomato and avocado topped with cotija cheese.

4. JAMBALAYA WITH CORNMEAL CRUSTED OYSTERS

This Louisiana style rice dish is cooked with white rice, andouille sausages, chicken, onions, peppers, creole spices, fire roasted tomatoes and slowly simmered in chicken stock. Topped with oysters coated in cornmeal breading and pan fried and served with a side of green chile corn bread.
