Roasted chicken, onions, tomatoes, white hominy and Mexican spices are simmered in a fresh chicken stock then topped with fresh cabbage and cilantro.

Chilean rock crab and ground pork are blended with our cilantro pesto, hand formed into cakes, breaded with panko and pan seared. Served on an oven warmed pita with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and a side of our house made, spicy sambal dipping sauce. Accompanied with a side salad tossed with blood-orange vinaigrette.

Flank steak is marinated in pineapple juice, soy sauce, chipotle peppers and garlic then grilled and served over grilled radicchio and romaine lettuce tossed in our house made spicy ranch dressing with cucumber, radish, garbanzo beans, diced tomato and avocado topped with cotija cheese.

Fresh smoked mozzarella ravioli are tossed with sauteed prosciutto, sage, greens, grilled asparagus, garlic and crushed red pepper in a white wine butter sauce. Topped with shredded reggiano cheese and served with a side of grilled bread brushed with garlic butter.
