1. TODAY’S SOUP BISON & BARLEY

Ground bison, sauteed onions, carrot, celery, garlic, tomatoes, barley and spices are simmered in a fresh beef stock, garnished with parsley.

2. SOUTHWESTERN OYSTER PO’ BOY

Yearling oysters are dredged in seasoned corn flour, pan fried and served on a toasted Macrina Bakery baguette with our house made pablano remoulade, lettuce and fresh corn salsa. Accompanied by a side salad with blood orange vinaigrette.

3. RED BEANS & RICE WITH GRILLED ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE

A hearty New Orleans dish of slow simmered red beans in a spicy broth of sautéed onions, celery, garlic, tomatoes and anaheim chilies are served over jasmine rice. Topped with Cascioppo Brothers grilled andouille sausage and our house made three pepper salsa.

4. GRILLED CHICKEN with THAI NOODLE SALAD

Boneless, skinless, chicken thighs are marinated in coconut milk, coconut aminos, ginger and curry spices and grilled then served on a bed of rice noodles tossed with house peanut dressing, shredded red cabbage, napa cabbage, red pepper, radish, bean sprouts, carrots and green onions. Topped with cilantro, peanuts and a lime wedge.
