1. TODAY’S SOUP ITALIAN SAUSAGE WITH WHITE BEAN

Sautéed Italian sausage, onions, celery, carrots, garlic, tomatoes, white beans, herbs and spices are simmered in a fresh chicken stock and topped with parsley.

2. GRILLED AHI TUNA SANDWICH

An ahi tuna filet is rubbed with garlic oil and cracked black pepper then grilled and served on grilled Macrina rustic sourdough bread with lemon aioli, lettuce and our roasted cherry tomato and kalamata olive relish. Served with a white bean salad.

3. TEQUILA LIME CHICKEN QUESADILLA

Organic, free range chicken breast in tequila lime marinade and grilled, sliced and stuffed into a flour tortilla with pablano pesto, monterey jack cheese and grilled mexican corn. Served with a side of our avocado salsa, house pickled jalapeños and side of lime rice.

4 CLAMS IN CHIPOTLE CREAM

A heaping bowl of fresh clams are sautéed with garlic, shallots, cilantro, parsley, smoked chipotles in adobo and fire roasted tomatoes then simmered with white wine, shellfish stock and finished with cream. Served with grilled bread.
