2. PHILLY CHEESE STEAK SANDWICH

Our version of this classic consists of marinated, thinly sliced flank steak, sautéed with onions and bell peppers all piled on an oven toasted Macrina sandwich roll with melted provolone cheese and mayo. Accompanied with a side caesar salad.

3. GUAJILLO CHICKEN ENCHILADAS

Corn tortillas are layered with oven roasted chicken, jack cheese and smothered in a guajillo chile sauce and baked in the oven. Topped with cilantro sour cream, pico de gallo salsa and served with a side of drunken black beans with house made  pickled jalapeños.

4. TUNA NICOISE SALAD

Fingerling potatoes, cherry tomatoes, fresh green beans, kalamata olives, italian parsley and hard boiled eggs are served on a bed of butter and little gem lettuces drizzled with lemon pepper vinaigrette. Topped with a  grilled ahi tuna filet with house made lemon- rosemary aioli.

TODAY’S SOUP NEW MEXICO HATCH STEW

Roasted pork, black eyed peas, onions, celery, cumin, garlic, fire roasted tomatoes,  fresh grilled corn and roasted hatch chilies are simmered in kolsch lager and a rich chicken stock. Garnished with cilantro and lime.
