1. TODAY’S SOUP CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE

Roasted chicken, onions, celery, carrots, mushrooms and green beans are simmered in a fresh chicken stock and topped with fresh cilantro.

2. MEDITERRANEAN SALMON SANDWICH

A Mediterranean marinated wild coho salmon filet is breaded in panko and pan seared. Served on lightly toasted Macrina baguette with lemon aioli and topped with a roasted tomato-caper berry and olive relish. Served with tabouli salad.

3. WILD MUSHROOM & PANCETTA RISOTTO

Creamy aborio rice is blended with sautéed seasonal mushrooms, pancetta, herbs, garlic, crushed red chile flake, chicken stock, heavy cream and finished with butter. Topped with reggiano parmesan cheese.

4. RED BEANS & RICE WITH GRILLED ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE

A hearty New Orleans dish of slow simmered red beans in a spicy broth of sautéed onions, celery, garlic, tomatoes and anaheim chilies are served over jasmine rice. Topped with Cascioppo Brothers grilled andouille sausage and our house made three pepper salsa.
