1. TODAY’S SOUP BEEF BARLEY

Ground beef, celery, onions, carrots and tomatoes are simmered in a beef stock and topped with fresh parsley.

2. CHORIZO CHILI BORRACHO

Cascioppo Brother’s chorizo sausage is cooked with garlic, onions, chilies, tomatoes, cumin, chicken stock and simmered with black and red beans and cooked in ale. Topped with shredded jack cheese, cilantro sour cream and diced green onions. Served with a side of green chile cornbread.

3. VEAL MEATBALLS with ORECCHIETTE PASTA

Cascioppo Brother’s ground veal, pork and thick cut bacon are mixed with minced onions, garlic, herbs and spices then formed into meatballs and baked in the the oven. Tossed with orecchiette pasta with sautéed rainbow swiss chard, chicken stock and roasted maitake, oyster and crimini mushrooms in a rich white wine sauce with a touch of butter and lemon. Topped with parmesan cheese and served with a side of sourdough grilled with garlic butter.

4. SWORDFISH VERA CRUZ

A fresh swordfish fillet is sautéed with our vera cruz sauce of fire roasted tomatoes, jalapeños, capers, castelvetrano olives, raisins, herbs and white wine. Served with saffron-jasmine rice and lime.
