1. TODAY’S SOUP CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE

Roasted chicken, onions, celery, carrots, mushrooms and green beans are simmered in a fresh chicken stock and topped with fresh cilantro.

2. MUFFALETTA MELT

Sliced Black Forest ham, mortadella and salami are piled on Macrina Bakery como bread with garlic oil, olive relish, provolone cheese and grilled till golden brown. Served with a side caesar salad.

3. CHICKEN TAGINE with COUS COUS

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs are pan seared and cooked with organic carrots, onions, garbanzo beans, fire roasted tomatoes, ginger, dried apricots, cinnamon, turmeric and caraway simmered in chicken stock. Served over cous cous and topped with house green harissa yogurt sauce, garnished with slivered, toasted almonds and fresh mint.

4. GREEK PRAWN FETTUCCINE

Marinated large gulf prawns are sautéed with artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, house made grape leaf pesto and white wine tossed with fresh fettuccine noodles and finished with butter. Topped with feta cheese and served with garlic bread.
