1. TODAY’S SOUP CHORIZO MUSHROOM STEW

Ground chorizo, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and white beans are simmered in a fresh chicken stock topped with parsley.

2. HAM & BRIE MELT

Black Forest ham is piled on Macrina Bakery’s sliced sourdough with honey mustard, sliced brie cheese and house made sweet onion relish then grilled until golden brown. Served with a wild green salad tossed with blood orange-serrano vinaigrette.

3. RED BEANS & RICE WITH GRILLED ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE

A hearty New Orleans dish of slow simmered red beans in a spicy broth of sautéed onions, celery, garlic, tomatoes and anaheim chilies are served over jasmine rice. Topped with Cascioppo Brothers grilled andouille sausage and our house made three pepper salsa.

4. MEDITERRANEAN SWORDFISH

A fresh swordfish filet is marinated in salsa verde of fresh parsley, mint, capers, anchovy, extra virgin olive oil and garlic then pan seared. Served on mediterranean orzo salad with lemon vinaigrette, kalamata olives, castalveano olives, sun-dried tomatoes, arugula and fresh basil topped with toasted pine nuts and tapenade.
