1. TODAY’S SOUP LAMB CURRY

Sautéed onions, garlic, carrots, tomatoes, lentils, garbanzo beans and roasted lamb are simmered in a fresh chicken stock with coconut milk and topped with fresh cilantro.

2. FISCHEINTOPF ( COD STEW )

Fresh cod with sautéed onion, leeks, garlic, herbs, green beans, yukon gold potatoes, parsnips and carrots, deglazed with sauvignon blanc and simmered in a creamy vegetable broth topped with chives, fresh dill and lemon, served with sliced Macrina Bakery rye bread.

3. CHICKEN ANDOUILLE GRINDER

Cascioppo Brothers chicken andouille sausage is simmered in lager then grilled. Served on toasted Macrina Bakery roll with our remoulade, melted provolone and topped with house made roasted mushroom and castelvetrano olive antipasto. Accompanied with a pickled pepper potato salad.

4. VEAL MEATBALLS with ORECCHIETTE PASTA

Cascioppo Brother’s ground veal, pork and thick cut bacon are mixed with minced onions, garlic, herbs and spices then formed into meatballs and baked in the the oven. Tossed with orecchiette pasta with sautéed rainbow swiss chard, chicken stock and roasted wild mushrooms in a rich white wine sauce with a touch of butter and lemon. Topped with parmesan cheese and served with a side of garlic bread.
