1. TODAY’S SOUP CHICKEN NOODLE

Roasted chicken, celery, onions, carrots and tomatoes are simmered in chicken stock and served over noodles and topped with fresh parsley.

2. BISON TOSTADA APPETIZER

Ground bison meat is simmered with tomatoes, onions, garlic, chipotle pepper and cumin then stacked on a fried corn tortilla with refried beans, shredded lettuce, radishes, house made pickled jalapeños and cotija cheese with pico de gallo.

3. THREE CHEESE RAVIOLIS with PROSCIUTTO & GREENS

Cucina Fresca’s three cheese ravioli are tossed with sauteed prosciutto, swiss chard, kale, grilled asparagus, garlic and crushed red pepper  in a white wine butter sauce. Topped with shredded reggiano cheese and served with a side of grilled bread brushed with sage butter.

4. CORNMEAL CRUSTED HALIBUT with CREOLE HARVEST SALAD

A fresh halibut filet is dredged in seasoned cornflour and pan seared. Served on a creole salad of grilled corn, chillies, okra, zucchini, green beans and cherry tomatoes tossed in lemon pepper vinaigrette. Accompanied with our remoulade sauce and green chile cornbread.
