1. TODAY’S SOUP CHORIZO CON PAPAS

Ground chorizo, onions, carrots, tomatoes and potatoes are simmered in a fresh chicken stock and topped with fresh cilantro.

2. LAMB PITA

Tender New Zealand lamb is sliced thin and marinated in balsamic and red wine vinegar, garlic and oregano then pan seared and served on warmed pita bread with our house made tzatziki sauce, lettuce, onions, and sliced tomatoes. Served with a side Greek salad with romaine.

3. GUAJILLO CHICKEN ENCHILADAS

Corn tortillas are layered with oven roasted chicken, jack cheese and smothered in a guajillo chile sauce and baked in the oven. Topped with cilantro sour cream, pico de gallo salsa and served with a side of drunken black beans with house pickled jalapeños.

4. MEDITERRANEAN COPPER RIVER COHO SALMON

Copper River coho salmon filet is marinated in a salsa verde sauce of blended Italian parsley, mint, capers, anchovy, extra virgin olive oil and garlic then pan seared. Served  on a Mediterranean orzo salad with lemon vinaigrette, castelvetrano olives, sun-dried tomatoes, arugula and fresh basil topped with toasted pine nuts and reggiano parmesan cheese.
