1. TODAY’S SOUP PORK CHILI

Ground pork sautéed with onions, tomatoes, beans and spices  are simmered in a fresh chicken stock and topped with jack cheese.

2. CHORIZO BURGER

Cascioppo Brother’s ground chorizo is mixed with cilantro, green onions and spices, hand formed into patties, grilled and topped with melted pepper jack cheese. Served on an Macrina Bakery brioche roll with our chipotle ketchup, mayo and roasted pablano chilies and onions. Accompanied by a side of jalapeño potato salad.

3. SPICY TUNA CAKE SALAD

Butter lettuce, romaine and raddichio are tossed with ginger-mango dressing with red onion, cherry tomatoes, persian cucumber, radish and avocado, topped with our sushi grade, spicy tuna cake with house made cucumber salsa.

4. GREEK PRAWN FETTUCCINE

Marinated large gulf prawns are sautéed with artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, house made grape leaf pesto, tossed with fresh fettuccine noodles and finished with a white wine, butter sauce. Topped with feta cheese and served with garlic bread.
