1. TODAY’S SOUP FISH STEW

Roasted salmon, swordfish, catfish, celery, onions, carrots and tomatoes are simmered in a fresh fish stock and topped with a lemon wheel and fresh cilantro.

2. MUFFULETTA CHOPPED SALAD

Romaine lettuce is tossed with house made red wine vinaigrette, Black Forest ham, salami, mortadella, pickled vegetables, roasted red peppers, peppedew peppers, green olives, kalamata olives, capers, provolone and parmesan cheeses and croutons.

3. BISON TOSTADAS

Ground bison is simmered with tomatoes, onions, garlic, chipotle pepper and cumin then stacked on fried corn tortillas with our refried beans, shredded lettuce, radishes, house made pickled jalapeños and cotija cheese with pico de gallo salsa.

4. MEDITERREANEAN GRILLED COHO SALMON

Wild coho salmon filet is marinated in a salsa verde sauce of blended Italian parsley, mint, capers, anchovy, extra virgin olive oil and garlic then pane seared. Placed on a Mediterranean orzo salad with lemon vinaigrette, castelvetrano olives, sun-dried tomatoes, arugula and fresh basil topped with toasted pine nuts and reggiano parmesan cheese.

5. CORNED BEEF & CABBAGE

This tradional St. Patrick’s day meal consists of corned beef braised in lager and served with steamed cabbage, baby potatoes and carrots with a side of our house made hard cider mustard sauce.
