1. TODAY’S SOUP CHICKEN MULLIGATAWNY

Sautéed onions, carrots, celery, apples, roasted chicken. red lentils, cabbage, herbs and spices are simmered in coconut milk and fresh chicken stock. Garnished with fresh cilantro.

2. CHIMICHURRI PORK SANDWICH

Seasoned pork loin is slow roasted and finished on the grill. Served on a toasted Macrina Bakery roll with garlic butter, melted havarti cheese, caramelized onions and topped with house made chimichurri sauce. Served with a side salad tossed with blood orange vinaigrette.
