2. THAI PORK & CRAB CAKE SLIDERS

Chilean rock crab and ground pork blended with our cilantro pesto, formed into cakes, breaded in panko and pan fried. Served on Macrina Bakeries slider buns with sambal mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and a side of our sambal dipping sauce and sliced NY style deli pickles.

3. GRILLED MEDITERRANEAN SWORDFISH

A fresh swordfish filet is marinated in salsa verde of fresh parsley, mint, capers, anchovy, extra virgin olive oil and garlic then grilled. Served on mediterranean orzo salad with lemon vinaigrette, kalamata olives, castalveano olives, sun-dried tomatoes, arugula and fresh basil topped with toasted pine nuts and grated reggiano parmesan.

4. OKTOBERFEST JAGERSCHNITZEL with FRESH SPATZLE

A tender pork cutlet is dipped in egg wash and breaded in seasoned bread crumbs then pan fried and served with our house made spaetzle (German dumplings)  and topped with our ale and mushroom gravy. Accompanied with red sauerkraut.

TODAY’S SOUP STEAK CHILI

Grilled flank steak is sautéed with onions, pinto and red beans and tomatoes then simmered in a fresh beef stock and topped with jack cheese and green onions.
