ITALIAN CHICKEN SANDWICH

A boneless, skinless chicken breast is marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, oregano and garlic then grilled and placed on a toasted Essential Bakery roll with basil pesto mayo, melted manchego cheese, red onions, roasted red peppers and arugula. Accompanied by a mixed green salad with grilled asparagus and cherry tomatoes tossed with sun-dried tomato  vinaigrette.

MEATLOAF & MASHED POTATOES with GUINNESS MUSHROOM GRAVY

Fresh, Cascioppo Brother’s grain fed lean ground beef is mixed with onions, garlic, thyme, pepper, parsley, bread crumbs and egg. Baked in the oven and served on a bed of garlic yukon mashed potatoes and smothered with our house made Guinness and mushroom gravy. Accompanied by a side of sautéed shaved brussel sprouts with pancetta .

SESAME CRUSTED AHI TUNA

A sushi grade ahi tuna filet is coated with sesame seeds and pan seared medium rare and sliced then placed on a bed of stir fried soba noodles with carrots, green onions, red and orange bell peppers, asparagus, crimini mushrooms, napa cabbage and cilantro with our soy ginger sauce.

TODAY’S SOUP TOMATO GOAT CHEESE

Goat cheese, celery, onions, carrots and tomatoes are simmered in fresh vegetable stock then pureed and topped with croutons and parmesan cheese.
