1. TODAY’S SOUP CURRIED SALMON CHOWDER

Roasted salmon, onions, corn, curry spices and potatoes are simmered in a rich fish stock and finished with crema and topped with fresh cilantro.

2. CHIMICHURRI PORK SANDWICH

Seasoned pork loin is slow roasted and finished on the grill. Served on a toasted Macrina Bakery roll with garlic butter, melted havarti cheese, caramelized onions and topped with house made chimichurri sauce. Served with a side salad.

3. MOROCCAN LAMB MEATBALLS WITH FETTUCINI

Meatballs made of Cascioppo Brother’s ground lamb, minced onion, garlic, cumin, cinnamon, chilies, egg, cream and ginger, baked and simmered in our African spiced tomato sauce with fresh fettucini noodles, topped with crumbled feta and fresh mint. Served with grilled bread brushed with garlic herbed butter.

4. CRAB AND CRAWFISH LOUIS SALAD

Butterhead and romaine lettuces are tossed in a louis style dressing with cherry tomatoes, radish, persian cucumber, castelventrano olives, grilled asparagus and hard boiled egg topped with chilean crabmeat and spiced crawfish tail meat.
