CARIBBEAN PORK TENDERLOIN SANDWICH

Fresh pork tenderloin is marinated in our house made jerk paste and orange juice then grilled and served on a warmed Essential Bakery demi baguette with citrus mayo, lettuce and fresh grilled pineapple-serano chile salsa. Served with a side of zesty island slaw.

Bibb and romaine lettuce are tossed in house made Green Goddess dressing then topped with grilled chicken, fresh avocado, hard boiled eggs, crumbled bleu cheese, crispy diced bacon and tomatoes.

JAMBALAYA WITH CORNMEAL CRUSTED OYSTERS

This Louisiana style rice dish is cooked with white rice, andouille sausages, chicken, onions, peppers, creole spices, fire roasted tomatoes and slowly simmered in chicken stock. Topped with oysters coated in cornmeal and pan fried and served with a side of green chile corn bread with orange-honey butter.
