Bibb, romaine and radicchio are tossed in house made Green Goddess dressing then topped with grilled chicken breast, avocado, hard boiled egg, crumbled blue cheese, crispy diced bacon and cherry tomatoes.

4.MEDITERRANEAN WILD COHO SALMON.
Wild coho salmon filet is marinated in a salsa verde sauce of blended Italian parsley, mint, capers, anchovy, extra virgin olive oil and garlic then pan seared. Served on a Mediterranean orzo salad with lemon vinaigrette, castelvetrano olives, sun-dried tomatoes, arugula and fresh basil topped with toasted pine nuts and reggiano parmesan cheese.
