BEEF STROGANOFF

Seasoned, thinly sliced filet mignon is sautéed with onions, garlic, shallots, roasted crimini mushrooms, dill and parsley, deglazed with white wine and simmered in beef stock, heavy cream and our cream. Served over egg noodles and accompanied with sliced Tall Grass Bakery pumpernickel  bread.

PULLED DUCK SANDWICH

Skinless duck legs are slow cooked with ginger, onion, cinnamon sticks, fennel seeds and peppercorns then slow roasted, shredded and  simmered in our ancho chile-cherry barbecue sauce then piled on a toasted Essential Bakery roll, topped with slaw and kosher pickles. Served with a mixed green salad tossed in lemon pepper vinaigrette.

Black Forest ham, celery, onions, carrots and split peas are simmered in a fresh chicken stock and topped with fresh parsley.
