Blackened Catfish Po Boy

A catfish filet is dredged in our house blackening spices and seared in a hot skillet then placed on a warmed Essential Bakery baguette with spicy remoulade, tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Accompanied with a side of creole  potato salad and a N.Y. style dill pickle.

Cuban Pork Loin

Pork loin is rubbed with ancho chile and allspice then roasted and marinated with jerk paste and orange juice, sliced thin and finished on the grill. Served with caramelized onions, drunken black beans and jasmine rice topped with fresh cilantro.

Greek Chicken Salad

A boneless, skinless chicken breast is marinated in garlic, lemon and oregano then grilled to order and served over butter lettuce, romaine hearts and radicchio with cucumber, kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, red onion, garbanzo beans and sliced pepperoncini tossed in our feta vinaigrette and topped with crispy fried prosciutto.

Roasted pork, onions, carrots, red potato, grilled jalapeño and green tomatillos are simmered in fresh chicken stock and topped with green cabbage and fresh cilantro.
