Sliced green tomatoes are dipped in buttermilk and breaded with seasoned cornmeal then pan fried Served with grilled corn salsa and remoulade.

MEDITERRANEAN HALIBUT

A fresh halibut filet is dredged in seasoned flour and pan seared with cherry tomatoes, crushed red chile flake, garlic, kalamata olives, caper berries, fresh basil, italian parsley, butter and white wine. Served with saffron rice and grilled asparagus drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.

RED BEANS & RICE WITH GRILLED ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE

A hearty New Orleans dish of slow simmered red beans in a spicy broth of sautéed onions, celery, garlic, tomatoes and anaheim chilies and served with jasmine rice. Topped with Cascioppo Brothers grilled andouille sausage and our house made three pepper salsa.
