Tender New Zealand lamb is sliced thin and marinated in balsamic and red wine vinegar, garlic and oregano then pan seared and served on warmed pita bread with our house made tzatziki sauce, lettuce, onions, and sliced tomatoes. Served with a side Greek salad.
