Wild coho salmon is seared in a herb crust of fresh italian parsley, oregano, basil and rosemary and placed on top of fresh fettuccine and roasted caponata with parmesan and basil oil.

Little Gem lettuce and radicchio are tossed in a spicy chile vinaigrette with bean sprouts, carrots, green onion, cherry tomatoes, radish, persian cucumber and basil leaves. Topped with Thai marinated grilled pork tenderloin with roasted peanuts and lime wedge.
