Sautéed onions and garlic, roasted pork, tomatoes, hominy, herbs and spices are simmered in a savory chicken stock garnished with green cabbage and cilantro.

2. FRESH SWORDFISH STREET TACOS

Fresh swordfish is marinated in adobo de chilies rojos and pan seared then placed in three flour tacos served with grilled pineapple-charred tomato salsa and lime crema.

3. MOROCCAN LAMB CURRY

Fresh lamb is sautéed with eggplant, onions, carrots, garlic, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives and dried apricots simmered in spicy curry broth and served over basmati rice. Topped with toasted almond, fresh mint, served with grilled pita bread brushed with olive oil.

4. GREEK PRAWN FETTUCCINE

Marinated jumbo gulf prawns are sautéed and tossed with artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes caper berries, kalamata olives, house made grape leaf pesto and fresh fettuccine noodles, deglazed with white wine and finished with butter, topped with feta cheese and served with garlic bread.
