1. TODAY’S SOUP CHICKEN NOODLE

Roasted chicken, celery, onions, carrots and tomatoes are simmered in chicken stock and served over noodles and topped with fresh parsley.

2. CREOLE HALIBUT CAKE SLIDERS

Pan fried creole spiced, fresh halibut cakes are served on toasted Macrina Bakery slider buns with our house made remoulade sauce, sliced tomato and red onion. Served with sliced N.Y. deli pickles.

3. THAI STEAK PEANUT SALAD

Romaine and grilled radicchio are tossed in our spicy peanut dressing with bean sprouts, matchstick carrots, green onion, cherry tomatoes, radish, persian cucumber, julienned red pepper and basil leaves. topped with Thai marinated, grilled flank steak, roasted peanuts and a lime wedge.

4. WILD MUSHROOM & PANCETTA RISOTTO

Creamy aborio rice is blended with sautéed mixed mushrooms, pancetta, herbs, garlic, crushed red chile flake, chicken stock, heavy cream and finished with butter and topped with parmesan cheese. Served with a side salad tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with cherry tomatoes, red onion and croutons.
