CAROLINA PULLED PORK SANDWICH

Boneless pork has been rubbed with pepper, brown sugar and garlic then slow roasted and simmered in a Carolina mop of apple cider and worcestershire sauce. Piled on a warmed baguette with our ancho chile and cherry barbecue sauce then topped with slaw and served with a side of pickled pepper potato salad.

PRAWN TOSTADAS

Prawns are pan seared and marinated in an avocado-tomatillo sauce and placed on fried tortillas with sliced radishes, shredded cabbage, cilantro, sour cream and pico de gallo salsa.

THAI BEEF SALAD

Grilled flank steak is sliced thin and marinated in soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, cilantro and mint. Tossed with romaine, radicchio and bibb lettuce, bean sprouts, radishes, carrots and basil leaves in our house made Thai chili vinaigrette.

TODAY’S SOUP “BEEF NOODLE”

Sauteed onions, carrots, celery, garlic, turnips, parsnips, grilled flank steak, herbs and spices are simmered in a rich beef stock and placed over noodles then garnished with fresh parsley.
