1. TODAY’S SOUP PORK CHILI

Ground pork is sautéed with onions, tomatoes, grilled serrano peppers, beans and spices then simmered in a rich chicken stock and topped with jack cheese.

2. THAI PORK & CRAB CAKE SANDWICH

Chilean rock crab and ground pork are blended with our cilantro pesto, hand formed into cakes, breaded with panko and pan seared. Served on an oven warmed pita with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and a side of our house made, spicy sambal dipping sauce. Accompanied with a side salad tossed with blood-orange vinaigrette.

3. FOUR CHEESE RAVIOLIS with PROSCIUTTO & GREENS

Fresh four cheese ravioli are tossed with sauteed prosciutto, sage, swiss chard, kale, garlic and crushed red pepper  in a white wine butter sauce. Topped with shredded reggiano cheese and served with a side of grilled garlic bread brushed with garlic butter.

4. MOROCCAN LAMB CURRY

Fresh lamb is sautéed with eggplant, onions, carrots, garlic, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives and dried apricots simmered in spicy curry broth and served over basmati rice. Topped with toasted almond, fresh mint with a lemon wedge.
