Boar’s Head lean corned beef is braised in Blackthorn hard cider, sliced and piled high on rye bread with our freshly made red pickled cabbage, melted swiss cheese and house made thousand island dressing then grilled till golden brown. Served with choice of Tim’s chips or house pasta salad.
BLACKENED SALMON FILET SANDWICH
Fresh salmon filet is coated in our spicy Cajun pepper and herb mix then blackened in a hot skillet and baked in the oven. Served on organic baguette with dijon mayo, tomatoes and lettuce. Served with side of Tim’s chips or house pasta salad.
FLANK STEAK CHILI
Chile rubbbed flank steak is grilled and thinly sliced then simmered with black beans, onions, red beans, fire roasted tomatoes, ancho, pasilla and green chiles, garlic, oregano and ale. Topped with shredded jack cheese, green onions and cilantro. Served with our oven baked green chile corn bread.
RED BEANS & RICE WITH GRILLED ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE
A hearty New Orleans dish of slow simmered red beans in a spicy broth of sautéed onions, celery, garlic, tomatoes and anaheim chilies and served with jasmine rice. Topped with Cascioppo Brothers grilled andouille sausage and our house made three pepper salsa.
