1. CREAMY BEEF BARLEY

Sautéed onions, celery, carrots. garlic, mushrooms, ground beef and barley are simmered in a rich beef broth and finished with heavy cream topped with fresh parsley.

2. STUFFED TURKEY BURGER

Cascioppo Brother’s fresh ground turkey is blended with herbs and bread crumbs then stuffed with goat cheese, hand formed into patties and grilled. Served on an Essential Bakery brioche roll with house made sun dried tomato pesto mayo, arugula and caramelized onions. Accompanied with a grilled eggplant and orecchiette pasta salad.

3. CHICKEN GNOCCHI with BROWN BUTTER SAUCE

Fresh ricotta potato gnocchi are tossed with sautéed, organic free range chicken breast, crimini mushrooms, oven roasted brussel sprouts, crushed red chile flake, garlic and sage in a brown butter sauce. Topped with grated parmesan reggiano cheese and fried sage leaves.

4. STEAMED MUSSELS with CHORIZO

A heaping bowl of fresh mussels are steamed with sauteed Cascioppo Brother’s hot chorizo sausage,  garlic and a flavorful tomato chardonnay broth. Served with grilled sourdough.
