Wild organic greens are tossed in our house made blood orange-grilled serrano chile vinaigrette with sliced granny smith apples, red onion, house candied walnuts, dried cranberries and topped with crumbled Danish blue cheese crumbles.

Roasted chicken, fresh Cascioppo Brother’s andouille sausage, baby shrimp, onions, tomatoes and green peppers and spices are simmered and served on a bed of dirty rice and garnished with pickled okra. Accompanied by sliced rustic sourdough bread
BAKED GOAT CHEESE SALAD
Creamy French goat cheese rolled in olive oil and bread crumbs, then baked in the oven and placed on a blend of fresh mixed greens all tossed with roasted pecans, sliced red onions, house made herbed croutons and our sun-dried tomato balsamic vinaigrette.

We have become well known for our exceptional soups. All of our soups are made fresh using our own soup stocks and fresh produce from the Pacific Northwest. Served with fresh sliced Essential Bakery como bread.
VEGETARIAN BLACK BEAN BURGER
Blended black beans, corn, roasted cumin and amcho chiles, hand formed into patties, pan seared and placed on warm pita bread with mayonnaise, monterey jack cheese, red onion and lettuce. Topped with our fresh sweet three pepper salsa.
GRILLED GREEN CHILE TUNA MELT
Albacore tuna is blended with roasted green chilis, red onions, mayo and herbs, on sourdough bread with pepper jack cheese and tomatoes then grilled and baked in the oven till golden brown. Served with Tim’s chips or house pasta salad.
CHICKEN BREAST SANDWICH
Lightly breaded, boneless breast of chicken, seared in garlic oil, then topped with mozzaralla cheese and baked in the oven. Served on toasted dill rye bread with cream cheese, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, mayonnaise and lettuce. The Seattle Weekly rated this “The best chicken sandwich in Seattle!”
Fresh Casciuoppo Brother’s lean ground beef is flame broiled then served on warmed Essential Bakery baguette with mayo, stout mustard and topped with sautéed bell peppers and onions with your choice of cheese. ( Cheddar, Jack, Swiss, Mozzarella or Bleu Cheese) Served with choice of pesto pasta salad or Tim’s potato chips.
BLACKENED SALMON FILET SANDWICH
Fresh salmon filet is coated in our spicy Cajun pepper and herb mix then blackened in a hot skillet and baked in the oven. Served on organic baguette with dijon mayo, tomatoes and lettuce. Served with side of Tim’s chips or house pasta salad.

Boar’s Head lean corned beef is braised in Blackthorn hard cider, sliced and piled high on rye bread with our freshly made red pickled cabbage, melted swiss cheese and house made thousand island dressing then grilled till golden brown. Served with choice of Tim’s chips or house pasta salad.
