Cascioppo Brother’s fresh ground turkey is blended with herbs and bread crumbs then stuffed with goat cheese, hand formed into patties and grilled. Served on an Essential Bakery brioche roll with house made sun dried tomato pesto mayo, arugula and caramelized onions. Accompanied with a Spring quinoa-grilled asparagus salad topped with pecorino cheese.
