A boneless breast of chicken is dreaded in egg, buttermilk and seasoned flour then browned in the skillet and finished in the oven.  Served over garlic yukon gold mashed potatoes and topped with house made country chicken gravy with a side of sautéed greens with bacon.

PHILLY CHEESE STEAK SANDWICH

Our version of this classic consists of marinated, thinly sliced flat iron steak, sautéed with onions and bell peppers all piled on an oven toasted Essential Bakery demi baguette with mayo and melted manchego cheese garnished with Mama Lil’s pickled peppers. Accompanied with a side of pickled potato salad.
