Cascioppo Brother’s ground lamb is formed into patties and grilled. Served on a toasted Macrina Bakery roll with house made tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickled red onions and feta cheese. Accompanied with a side of tabouli salad.

Ground bison is simmered with tomatoes, onions, garlic, chipotle pepper, cumin, then stacked on fried corn tortillas with our refried beans, shredded lettuce, radishes, cotija cheese, pico de gallo salsa served with house made pickled jalapeños.

4. CARIBBEAN MOJO HALIBUT SALAD
Butter lettuce,romaine and radicchio are tossed with ginger mango dressing with red onion, radish, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and avocado, topped with a fresh halibut filet that has been marinated in a mojo sauce of citrus, garlic and herbs then pan seared. Topped with house mango-jicama salsa.
