A tender pork cutlet is dipped in egg wash and breaded in seasoned bread crumbs then pan fried. Served with our house made spatzle (German dumplings) and our ale and mushroom gravy and red sauerkraut.

MEDITERREANEAN AHI TUNA SANDWICH

An ahi tuna filet is rubbed with garlic oil and cracked black pepper then grilled and served on a grilled, rustic Essential Bakery. sourdough with muhamarra spread and a fennel, tomato, olive relish mix dressed with blood orange vinaigrette. Served with a side of our house made quinoa-tabouli salad.

MOROCCAN LAMB CURRY POT PIE

Tender lamb is roasted and simmered in a spicy broth with eggplant, kalamata olive, dried apricots, carrots, garlic, tomatoes, roasted pepper and pomegranate molasses. Topped with an herbed puff pastry crust and baked in the oven. Served with a side spinach salad tossed with lemon vinaigrette with sliced red onion, pomegranate seed and toasted pistachios.

TODAY’S SOUP ITALIAN WHITE BEAN & SAUSAGE

Sauteed onions, garlic, celery, tomatoes, white beans, pork sausage, herbs and spices are simmered in a fresh beef stock. Topped with parmesan cheese and parsley.
