1. TODAY’S SOUP BEEF STEW

Seasoned, grilled flank steak, onions, carrots, potatoes, celery and green beans are simmered in  a rich beef stock topped with fresh parsley.

2. LAMB & BRIE SANDWICH

New Zealand lamb is sliced thin and marinated in olive oil, fresh rosemary and roasted garlic then pan seared. Piled on a Macrina roll with brie cheese, lettuce, honey mustard and caramelized onions and served with a side salad tossed in our apple-thyme vinaigrette with sliced granny smith apples, red grapes, croutons and toasted pecans.

3. CHICKEN TAGINE with COUS COUS

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs are pan seared and cooked with organic rainbow carrots, onions, garbanzo beans, fire roasted tomatoes, ginger, dried apricots, cinnamon, turmeric and caraway simmered in chicken stock. Served over cous cous and topped with house green harissa yogurt sauce, garnished with slivered, toasted almonds and fresh mint.

4. PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED PRAWNS

Wild, jumbo gulf prawns are skewered with fresh sage leaf and prosciutto, marinated in olive oil, lemon juice and herbs then grilled. Served on a bed of wild greens tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with croutons, roasted red onions, tomatoes and crumbled goat cheese.
