1. ITALIAN SAUSAGE & GARBANZO

Sautéed onions, celery, carat, tomato, garlic, ground italian sausage, garbanzo beans, herbs and spices simmered in a fresh chicken stock and garnished with fresh parsley.

2. PAN FRIED OYSTER APPETIZER

Yearling oysters are dredged in seasoned cornmeal breading then pan fried and served on a bed of our fresh grilled corn and bacon salsa, topped with a dollop of poblano remoulade.

3. RED BEANS & RICE WITH GRILLED ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE

A hearty New Orleans dish of slow simmered red beans in a spicy broth of sautéed onions, celery, garlic, tomatoes and anaheim chilies and served with jasmine rice. Topped with Cascioppo Brothers grilled andouille sausage and our house made three pepper salsa.

4. FRAZIER RIVER SALMON NICOISE

Fingerling potatoes, grape tomatoes, fresh green beans, kalamata olives, italian parsley and hard boiled eggs are served on a bed of wild greens drizzled with lemon pepper vinaigrette. Topped with a marinated wild salmon filet that is pan seared, served with lemon aioli.
