GRILLED AHI TUNA

A fresh sushi grade ahi tuna filet is seasoned, grilled and placed on a bed of sweet potato-yukon gold mashers, topped with our soy-butter sauce and fresh cucumber salsa. Served with a side of Szechuan green beans.

ROASTED TURKEY SANDWICH

Boneless turkey breast is rubbed with olive oil, garlic and sage then baked in the oven then sliced and served on a toasted Essential Bakery panino roll with thick cut bacon, sage aioli, melted havarti and our house made balsamic vinegar-onion marmalade. Accompanied with a red quinoa salad with blood orange vinaigrette, dried cranberries, granny smith apple and toasted pecans.

Sautéed onions, carrots, celery, garlic, ground beef, flank steak, pearl barley, herbs and spiced are simmered in a smooth tasty beef stock and garnished with parsley.

WILD BOAR HUNGARIAN GOULASH

Seasoned roasted wild boar stew meat is sautéed with onions, carrots, red cabbage, green peppers, fire roasted tomatoes, caraway and garlic then simmered in and and beef stock, finished with sour cream and served over egg noodles topped with fresh dill and chives. Served with  Tall Grass Bakery cherry pumpernickel bread.
