1. TODAY’S SOUP CHILI CON CARNE

Sauteed onions, garlic, pinto beans, ground beef, herbs and spices are simmered in a house made chicken stock garnished with jack cheese.

2. CRAWFISH DIP

Southern spiced crawfish is sautéed with onions, jalapeños, red peppers, celery and bacon then blended with jack cheese and cream cheese, topped with breadcrumbs and baked in the oven. Finished with sliced green onions, served with crostini.

3. PORK VERDE TOSTADAS

Ground pork is simmered with tomatillos, green chilies, garlic, chicken stock and cumin then stacked on fried corn tortillas with our refried beans, shredded cabbage, radishes, house made pickled jalapeños and cotija cheese with sour cream.

4. TUNA NICOISE

Fingerling potatoes, cherry tomatoes, fresh green beans, kalamata olives, italian parsley and hard boiled eggs are served on a bed of butter and little gem lettuces drizzled with lemon pepper vinaigrette. Topped with a  grilled ahi tuna filet with house made lemon- rosemary aioli.
