Creamy cranberry beans are simmered with bacon, onion, garlic, fresh herbs and ale then blended with seven house roasted chilies, cream cheese and fresh made salsa then topped with jack and cheddar cheese and baked in the oven. Topped with pico de gallo and accompanied with pickled jalapeños and blue corn tortillas.

74th St. smoked pork is simmered in a Carolina mop of apple cider and worchestershire until fork tender then smothered in ancho-cherry barbecue sauce. Piled on a toasted brioche roll with coleslaw and sliced dill pickle, served with a side of pickled potato salad.
