ALE HOUSE PAELLA

This hearty dish consists of mussels, jumbo prawns, roasted chicken and Spanish chorizo sausage all sautéed with garlic, red peppers, onions and peas then tossed with saffron arborio rice and herbs. Served with grilled shallot bread.

LAMB & BRIE SANDWICH

New Zealand lamb is sliced thin and marinated in olive oil, fresh rosemary and roasted garlic then pan seared. Piled on warmed hoagie roll with brie cheese, lettuce, honey mustard and caramelized onions and served with a side salad tossed in our apple-thyme vinaigrette with sliced granny smith apples, red grapes and candied walnuts.

Pork stew meat is simmered with tomatillos, green chilies, garlic, chicken stock and cumin then stacked on fried corn tortillas with our refried beans, shredded lettuce, radishes,house made pickled jalapeños and cotija cheese with pico de gallo salsa.
