CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN

A boneless, free range chicken breast is dreaded in egg, buttermilk and seasoned flour then browned in the skillet and finished in the oven.  Served over garlic yukon gold mashed potatoes and topped with house made country chicken gravy with a side of sautéed greens with bacon.

FRESH ALBACORE TUNA PUTTANESCA

Fresh albacore tuna is seared and simmered in our spicy puttanesca sauce of tomatoes, kalamata olives, capers, garlic, anchovy, red wine and crushed red chile flake then tossed with Cucina Fresca’s fresh tagliatelle noodles and served with grilled Tall Grass Bakery companion bread.

LAMB SLIDERS

Ground lamb is mixed with herbs, spices, garlic and feta cheese, formed into patties and grilled then placed on Macrina Bakery’s toasted brioche buns with tzatziki arugula and tomato-kalamata relish. Served with a N.Y. deli pickles.
