1. TODAY’S SOUP FISH STEW

Roasted salmon and swordfish, onions, celery, carrots and tomatoes  are simmered in a fresh fish stock and topped with fresh cilantro and a lemon wheel.

2. MUFFULETTA SANDWICH

Sliced Black Forest ham, sliced salami and sliced mortadella are piled on an Macrina Bakery sandwich roll with garlic oil, provolone cheese and our house made olive relish. Served with a side of black eyed pea salad.

3. HABENERO STEAK ENCHILADAS

Corn tortillas are layered with grilled flank steak and jack cheese then smothered with Hipolito’s spicy habanero-pineapple sauce and baked in the oven then topped with cilantro sour cream and pico de gallo salsa. Served with a side of drunken black beans and lime fried rice.

4. TUNA NICOISE SALAD

Fingerling potatoes, cherry tomatoes, fresh green beans, kalamata olives, italian parsley and hard boiled eggs are served on a bed of butter and little gem lettuces drizzled with lemon pepper vinaigrette. Topped with a  grilled ahi tuna filet with house made lemon- rosemary aioli.
