1. TODAY’S SOUP CHORIZO CHILI

Chorizo, beans, sautéed onions, garlic, celery, carrots, tomatoes, herbs and spices are simmered in a fresh chicken stock and topped crumbled cornbread.

2. MUFFALETTA SANDWICH

Sliced Black Forest ham, sliced salami and sliced mortadella are piled on an Macrina Bakery sandwich roll with garlic oil, provolone cheese and our house made olive relish. Served with a side of pickled pepper potato salad.

3. POLO’S RANCHERO STEAK SALAD

Flank steak is marinated in pineapple juice, soy sauce, chipotle peppers and garlic then grilled and served over grilled radicchio and romaine lettuce tossed in our house made spicy ranch dressing with cucumber, radish, garbanzo beans, diced tomato and avocado topped with cotija cheese.

4. GREEK PRAWN FETTUCCINE

Marinated jumbo gulf prawns are sautéed and tossed with artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, house made grape leaf pesto and fresh fettuccine noodles, deglazed with white wine and finished with butter, topped with feta cheese and served with garlic bread.
