2. LAMB & BRIE SANDWICH

New Zealand lamb is sliced thin and marinated in olive oil, fresh rosemary and roasted garlic then pan seared. Piled on a Macrina roll with brie cheese, lettuce, honey mustard and caramelized onions and served with a side salad tossed in our apple-thyme vinaigrette with sliced granny smith apples, red grapes, croutons and toasted pecans.
